Laser-cut from 6mm S275 structural steel, 75×75mm with four Ø16mm holes on 50mm centres. It starts life as the clamping bracket that draws your torsion-box table together during assembly — then, once the build's done, it doesn't get thrown in a drawer. The same holes line up dead-on with the table's fixture grid, so it becomes a precision side-stop or end-stop you'll reach for on every job after.
Dual Purpose

During torsion-box assembly, this plate is the clamping bracket — threaded rods pass through the four holes and it bears against the outer face of the sidewall, spreading clamping force evenly across the panel as the whole assembly is drawn tight and square.
Side / End Stop
Once the table's built, the same plates earn their keep as precision side-stops or end-stops. Four Ø16mm holes on a 50mm pitch line up exactly with the fixture grid — drop two bolts into the sidewall and you've got a repeatable, square reference edge for the next job.
Works with any 16mm fixture system
The Ø16mm holes on 50mm pitch are the industry standard. The mounting plate works as a stop on any table using the 16mm / 16D clamping system — including Demmeler, GPPH, Siegmund, Mac Industries, and all BPT models.
