At Blackdown Precision Tables, we take pride in the quality of every table we manufacture and ship. Due to the bespoke, heavy-duty nature of our products, we ask that you read this policy carefully before requesting a return.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your return request must be submitted to us in writing within this period at sales@bptables.co.uk.
We will only accept returns where the table is in its complete, original, and unassembled condition. This means:
We are unable to accept returns on any table that has been welded or permanently altered in any way. This is non-negotiable due to the nature of the product and the cost of manufacture.
We understand that damage can occasionally occur in transit or that individual components may arrive with defects. In these cases, we will replace affected panels or components at no cost to you โ there is no need to return the full table. Simply contact us at sales@bptables.co.uk with photos of the affected parts and your order number and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Return shipping costs are assessed on a case by case basis. Where a fault is on our part, we will arrange and cover the cost of collection. Where a return is due to a change of mind, the customer will typically be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Given the size and weight of our tables, we strongly recommend contacting us before arranging any return courier.
Once a returned table has been received and inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
