We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Free delivery is available within a 1-hour radius of Taunton, Somerset. Nationwide paid pallet delivery is available for all other mainland UK addresses. For international enquiries, please contact us directly before placing an order.

8.2 Delivery Timescales

All products are made to order and despatched via pallet delivery. Standard lead time is 5–7 working days from order confirmation, subject to production schedule. Large or custom orders may take 2–3 weeks. We will confirm estimated delivery times at the point of order. These are estimates only and not guaranteed dates.

8.3 Delivery Method

Products are delivered flat-packed on a pallet via our own pallet network or a third-party carrier. Deliveries are kerbside only unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for ensuring suitable access and assistance for unloading.

8.4 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery to non-mainland UK locations (Scottish Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland) may be subject to additional charges. Please contact us before ordering for a delivery quote to these areas.

8.5 Damaged in Transit

You must inspect your delivery upon receipt. Any damage must be noted on the delivery documentation at the time of signing and reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Failure to do so may affect your ability to make a claim.

8.6 Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by you, or because access was not available, any re-delivery charges will be payable by you. Risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.

Returned goods must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Products that have been welded to, drilled into, surface treated, or modified in any way cannot be returned.

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured pallet courier. We are not liable for goods lost or damaged in return transit.

9.4 Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
