Why Fabricators Choose BPT Tables
Every table is CNC fibre laser cut to within ±0.2mm. The kind of tolerance you'd expect from a quality engineer's surface plate — achieved through precision cutting, not grinding after the fact.
Order today, have your table by next week. Cut and despatched from our own workshop — no waiting on overseas freight or import clearance.
16mm holes on a 50mm pitch grid — the UK standard. Works with every major clamping system. No adapters, no workarounds, no new tooling required.
Fixture holes run across the top surface and all four skirt faces. Clamp from any angle — essential for tube, pipe, and 3D assembly work.
Every BPT table uses certified S275JR structural steel to EN10025-2. Grade specified, not guessed. Minimum yield strength 275 MPa.
A full-depth lattice of laser-cut ribs beneath the surface gives approximately 3,700× greater stiffness than a solid plate of the same weight. Stays flat under load, year after year.

"Had our Model L for 6 months now. Flat as the day it arrived, no warping, no rust despite a damp workshop. We've thrown everything at it — heavy plate, pipe, structural. Wouldn't swap it for anything."
"Bought the Model S for my home workshop. Perfect size, incredibly rigid for the footprint. Assembly was straightforward with the tab and slot system — had it done in under 2 hours solo."
"Solid table, great value. Only reason for 4 stars is delivery took a couple of days longer than quoted — but BPT kept me updated throughout. Table itself is absolutely spot on."
Before You Order

No — tables arrive flat-packed on a pallet. The tab-and-slot design locates every component perfectly, then you weld it solid. Typically 2–3 hours with a MIG welder. Don't want to weld it yourself? We offer a professional assembly service — email james@bptables.co.uk for pricing.
If your tooling uses a 16mm hole on 50mm pitch — the Demmeler, Siegmund, or Mac Industries standard — it's fully compatible. This is the industry standard used across Europe.
If it warps, cracks, or fails structurally under normal working loads — we fix it. 1-year structural warranty as standard. Surface wear and cosmetic finish are not covered.
The table ships as a complete flat-packed kit: all laser-cut panels and legs cut to your specified height. You supply the welds — or ask about our assembly service.
