75 × 75 × 6mm · S275 Mild Steel · Ø16mm × 4 holes
Laser-cut from 6mm S275 structural steel. Designed as the assembly clamping bracket in the BPT torsion-box assembly system — and once built, doubles as a precision side-stop or end-stop thanks to the 50mm hole centres matching the table's fixture grid.
During torsion-box assembly, the mounting plate acts as the clamping bracket. Threaded rods pass through the holes, and the plate bears against the outer face of the sidewall — distributing clamping force evenly across the panel as the assembly is drawn together.
Once the table is assembled, the same plates become precision side-stops or end-stops. The 4× Ø16mm holes sit on a 50mm pitch — exactly matching the BPT fixture grid. Drop two bolts into the table sidewall holes, and you have a repeatable, square reference edge for your workpiece.
The Ø16mm holes on 50mm pitch are the industry standard. The mounting plate works as a stop on any table using the 16mm / 16D clamping system — including Demmeler, GPPH, Siegmund, Mac Industries, and all BPT models.
We offer a CNC fibre laser cutting service. Custom sizes, different hole patterns, any thickness up to 20mm.
