The BPT - Model S — a compact precision-engineered torsion-box welding table crafted from 6mm S275 structural steel. Perfect for smaller workshops, home garages, and tight spaces.
The BPT Model S is a compact precision welding table, ideal for TIG & MIG welding, stainless fabrication, and smaller fabrication shops that demand the same accuracy and rigidity as a full production setup — without the footprint.
Constructed from S275JR 6mm mild steel as standard — with an optional upgraded surface plate for heavier-duty applications — every component is CNC fibre laser cut to within ±0.2mm. The result is a table that assembles square, stays square, and holds its datum under load.
The 16mm fixture hole system runs on a precise 50mm pitch, making the Model L immediately compatible with the full range of industry-standard clamping systems. No adapters, no compromises.
At 1200 x 800 x 150mm, the Model S punches well above its size. The 150mm-deep full-lattice subframe provides the same structural integrity as the Model L — laser-cut ribs interlock through the entire depth of the table, distributing load across the whole structure.
Assembly is straightforward by design. The tab and slot interlocking system means every panel locates positively before a single bolt is tightened — making a solo build achievable and ensuring the finished table is as accurate as the parts it was cut from. Full step-by-step instructions are in our assembly guide.
Designed and laser cut in the South-West, UK. Every table leaves our workshop flat-packed on a pallet, ready to be built into something that lasts a working lifetime. Need something custom? We offer a full custom laser cutting service from the same workshop. Looking for a larger table? See the Model L — 2400 x 1200mm.
16mm diameter holes on a precise 50mm pitch across all five working faces. Compatible with all 16mm clamping systems out of the box.
Every table kit is CNC Fibre LASER cut to within ±0.2mm dimensional tolerance. No rocking, no twist — a reference-quality datum surface for repeatable precision work.
Designed and manufactured in the heart of the South-West using British S275 structural steel.
Bolt-on extensions, risers, angle plates, and vice mounts available. The Model - L is the core of an entire fixturing ecosystem — grow your setup over time without buying new.
The traditional oiled, RAW finish reduces spatter adhesion significantly. Cleans in seconds with a wire brush. No painted surface to burn off.
Arrives flat packed on a wooden pallet. Our tab and slot design allows for an easy and precise assembly process.
"Had our MODEL - L for 6 months now. Flat as the day it arrived, no warping, no rust despite a damp workshop. We've thrown everything at it — heavy plate, pipe, structural. Wouldn't swap it for anything."
"We purchased three for our training department. The build quality is exceptional — students feel the difference versus budget tables immediately. Good communication from order to delivery."
"Delivery was on time, packaged brilliantly on a pallet. Didnt take too long to assemble. The surface finish is mint — much more precise than what I had before. Worth every penny."
Standard tables are typically dispatched within 5–7 working days. Large or custom orders may take 2–3 weeks. We'll confirm your lead time at the point of order confirmation. We ship on our own pallet network across mainland UK.
Yes. The Model - L uses 16mm diameter holes on a 50mm pitch — the industry standard shared by most other European modular fixturing brands.
Yes, all our tables include legs. 70x70x3mm steel. Model-L includes QTY 6 steels, Model-S includes QTY 4 steels. Mounting plates and fixings are included for yourself to assemble and weld up, *Steels supplied unpainted* Customer to advise of tabletop height!
Absolutely. We can accommodate non-standard sizes, heights, and configurations. Contact our team with your requirements for a custom quote. Bespoke tables typically add 2–4 weeks to lead time.
The standard tabletop is 6mm mild steel, LASER cut for accuracy and precision per EN10029. We offer upgrade options to a Pro-surface; 8mm, 10mm or a 12mm surface retaining the 6mm sub structure to keep the weight and cost down.
Our warranty covers structural integrity — any cracking, deformation, or failure of panels or frame under normal working loads. Surface wear and cosmetic finish are not covered.
No. Our tables are supplied as flat-packed kits, ready for assembly by you.
